Sci-Fi Hot Dog Stand

Personal project: This one here was taken from another project and customized as I really see it in my mind. The base of the stand was made from a 3D blocking and painted over the render, details, colors, and effects all made by hand in Photoshop as the characters and other some details in the background. I wanted to experiment with a cel-shading on a volumetric painted background.
